FRANKLIN, Tenn., Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GotPouches, an online nicotine pouch retailer, today announced the completion of its transition to a fully U.S.-based operation under UpNorth Retail LLC, with corporate operations in Franklin, Tennessee, domestic fulfillment from Nashville and U.S.-based customer support.
Founded in Stockholm, GotPouches initially served customers in the United States as part of its international operations. Following rapid growth and increased demand in the U.S. market, the company has now completed the move to a domestic operating structure, bringing its U.S. business, inventory and fulfillment activities under UpNorth Retail LLC.
The transition establishes Tennessee as the company’s operational base in the United States. Orders are fulfilled domestically from the company’s Nashville warehouse, while customer support is also handled within the U.S. The company said the move gives it greater control over inventory, fulfillment and day-to-day customer service as it continues developing its presence in the American market. It has also been a central focal point to support local business growth, staffing and employment when designing the operational setup across customer support and commercial teams.
GotPouches offers nicotine pouch products from more than 20 established and emerging brands, including ZYN, VELO, ALP, On! and LUCY. Its online nicotine pouch catalog includes products across different flavors and nicotine strengths, with availability subject to applicable state requirements.
The company said establishing a fully U.S.-based operation was a natural next step following its earlier entry into the American market.
